OmniSense Readiness mobile app is part of the Zephyr™ Performance System which executes an assessment to obtain objective and subjective data from a subject to determine their potential to perform.
The objective inputs to the Readiness score include a resting heart rate, resting heart rate variability (HRV), standing heart rate, and orthostatic hypo-tension.
These are collected from the Zephyr™ BioModule (sold at zephyranywhere.com) through a guided assessment.
The subjective inputs are a series of survey inputs with scores of 0 to 10.
The Readiness score is a number from 0 to 10 indicating the “readiness” or potential for performance.
The individual components of the score can be sent to the OmniSense software for analysis and tracking.
